I offer individual psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, relational, and academic difficulties. With younger children, I utilize play therapy, as play is the language that children use to communicate, learn, and grow.

Play therapy can help children deal with any kind of stress–academic challenges, social or sibling problems, anxiety or self-regulation. It gives the child a consistent, safe place to learn more about their own mind, their feelings and reactions. Creating awareness for children around their thoughts & emotions is profound. The ability to help children learn to walk though life attached to one’s self, owning their own authentic strengths and challenges is a true gift.
